Positive: Great localization, near to Disneyland, supermarkets, restaurants and the train station. The host is amazing, she always answered my questions very quickly and gave all support I needed.

Negative: I had problems with the water heater, so always when I arrived in the apartment, the water was cold, because the water heater turns off by itself and I need to wait a couple hours to heat the water.

Positive: It is very close to Disneyland with a free parking place.

Negative: I missed a blanket for my son and the 2 person bed couch sleeps very bad. You have to sleep with the matress on the ground to prevent back problems.

Positive: we come to Serris when visiting France and decided to try a different area, this area is very quiet for if you want to relax, and has a patio that can ne enjoyed to do this if you dont want to do much. the hoist sent clear instructions how to enter the property, with our late arrival and the appartment had everything we needed and more,even a washing machine and netflix,the appartment is very clean and the sofa & chair fold down into beds, double was very comfortable, son said the single was ok. 5minutes from the appartment you will find Aldis, crossainterrie, o -taco , along with a few others, then the RER train station, 10mins away, which will take you directly to Paris, there are buses running too but we like to walk mostly in the area, and its only 15 minute walk to Val d Europe, which you will be pleasantly surprised by as it has everything as does the area, you will need for your stay including Sealife world for the kids,and your only 20minute walk to Disneyland. Every visit brings something new and would defently recommend.

Negative: the front door of the appartment was a bit tricky to open but we got there, and it took a minute to work the cooker top but eventually worked out. just now there was work being done to the overall building so we didn't get to use the patio as we would have liked but when its finished will be beautiful and can be used for many things. The sleeping area is your living room there is no private bedroom if thats what your looking for, but does what you need for your stay and if you need anything the hoist is a message away to help. Don't think there's anything we didn't like as we had a great short holiday and stay.
